The location of the hotel is the main highlight for me. Just a short walk from some amazing restaurants and the Metro Mover made getting around a breeze. The hotel staff impressed me. Ruby at check-in was a real joy, making me feel right at home. The complimentary drinks during happy hour were a nice touch, especially after a long travel day. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Breakfast didn't quite hit the mark. It felt quite crowded, and the food options didn't really excite me. The coffee could definitely use improvement too. There were a lot of single-use plastics at breakfast that felt wasteful. I also found some of the parking fees a bit steep compared to what I expected. Overall, I had a good time, but there's room for improvement, especially with the breakfast setup.

would definitely come back there
The room was awesome with a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. Super comfy seating area and a shower. Free toiletries. Breakfast was a treat with waffles and fresh fruit. The outdoor pool had stunning views of the skyline, and the hot tub was relaxing after a long day. Great spot before a cruise!

Room was large enough and comfy with good A/C. Cleaning was decent. The wi-fi was flawless, which was a plus! Felt secure overall in the hotel. Breakfast was better than most, but could get crowded. Really enjoyed the amenities provided.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, with fresh pastries and made-to-order waffles that started my day off perfectly. I loved the outdoor pool and relaxing hot tub, where I could unwind after exploring the city. Just a heads up, the breakfast area can get a bit crowded in the mornings, but overall, I had a wonderful stay! 😊

Yo, the pastries at breakfast were fresh and heavenly! Plus, the nearby restaurants like Sergio's Cuban Cafe and Marion totally blew my taste buds away. Beyond the culinary scene, the rooms were modern and spacious, making our stay comfy and stylish.
Plus, the parking fees were a bit on the steep side, making it a lil' tricky to enjoy everything Miami has to offer.

I appreciated the location near shops and restaurants, which made my stay easy. The morning breakfast buffet was busy but offered enough options to start the day right. For someone who travels often, I enjoyed getting free drink vouchers for my Gold Member status.
The breakfast area was crowded, and the noise level made it hard to find a seat at times.

Couple's Quiet Retreat
The service was exceptional. Everyone treated us like we were the only guests, it was almost unsettling how good they were.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but for what we got, I can’t complain.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown and Biscayne. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The king room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view. Breakfast offered a good variety, including some tasty options that kept us fueled for the day. However, the lack of sufficient parking options was a bit inconvenient, and noise from the street could be heard at times.

Great stay with family-friendly amenities
We enjoyed our spacious Queen Studio Suite with two queen beds, which was perfect for our family. The location was fantastic, with a supermarket and Metromover station within a short walk. The kids loved the pool, which was open till late, and the complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety. However, the breakfast area got quite crowded on Sunday morning, making it a bit hectic at times.
