The location of the hotel is the main highlight for me. Just a short walk from some amazing restaurants and the Metro Mover made getting around a breeze. The hotel staff impressed me. Ruby at check-in was a real joy, making me feel right at home. The complimentary drinks during happy hour were a nice touch, especially after a long travel day. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Breakfast didn't quite hit the mark. It felt quite crowded, and the food options didn't really excite me. The coffee could definitely use improvement too. There were a lot of single-use plastics at breakfast that felt wasteful. I also found some of the parking fees a bit steep compared to what I expected. Overall, I had a good time, but there's room for improvement, especially with the breakfast setup.

The outdoor pool had stunning views of the skyline, and the hot tub was relaxing after a long day. Great spot before a cruise!

We enjoyed our spacious Queen Studio Suite with two queen beds, which was perfect for our family. The location was fantastic, with a supermarket and Metromover station within a short walk. The kids loved the pool, which was open till late, and the complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety.
